First, install the app on your mobile device by adding it to your home screen. Then, enable push notifications from your dashboard to stay updated. Notifications are sent directly to your device, as we currently do not email updates about promotions.
There is no limit to the number of users you can send your content to, as long as your available funds cover the cost of all promotions.

For the best fit, upload images and videos in a 2x3 aspect ratio. Uploads are automatically resized to fit this format, and video audio will be removed. Videos are trimmed to a maximum of 10 seconds.
To ensure a safe environment for public venues and advertisers, we do not allow nudity, hate speech, violence, or illegal content. All uploads are reviewed by our AI moderation system before going live.
Yes. You can toggle between "Channel" and "Private" modes instantly, either from your web dashboard or directly within the TVSlide TV app settings. No re-installation is required.
Slides are displayed for 10 - 15 seconds. Videos are also trimmed to a maximum of 10 seconds to keep the loop moving and ensure all advertisers get equal screen time.
Yes, you are welcome to use your own device. For public locations, we recommend using devices such as a Chromebox, mini PC, or Android box connected to your TV via HDMI. For drivers, a large display tablet is ideal.

To receive payments, please add your bank account details in the Wallet section. Withdrawals can be requested for any earnings exceeding 20 credits. The amount will be converted to USD during the deposit process.
